21 DAYS, 21 KM's Training Programme.
Louis & Dirk Roos started their 21 Day training regime on Saturday 13 March 2010, 21 days before the Two Oceans Half Marathon. They enlisted the professional help of Lindsey Parry, Sport Scientist Institute Pretoria University. Lindsey designed their running programme to get the "Boys" in shape for the challenge.
